Clean windows in public and employee areas. Clean floors in public and employee areas using designated products, supplies, and equipment. Dust surfaces in assigned areas. Empty trash and ashtrays from public areas into appropriate containers. Inspect furniture condition and ensure it is free from tears, snags, or stains, reporting any damages. Clean and maintain lighting fixtures. Place warning signs to restrict access when necessary. Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs. Respond promptly to guest and department requests. Identify and report maintenance issues or preventive maintenance needs in public areas or guest rooms. Follow and apply all brand safety policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and obtain certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Support and treat fellow employees with dignity and respect. Support team in achieving common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move at the required speed to respond to work situations (e.g., running, walking, jogging). Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machines (e.g., to identify defects).
