Strong sense of responsibility and rigor in process execution **Logistics Picking Operator – Sintra** We are recruiting logistics operators for a leading pharmaceutical client headquartered in Sintra – Terrugem. **Responsibilities** * Perform order picking according to criteria defined by the warehouse management system (full pallets, full boxes, or unit-level picking) * Ensure proper product packaging for transportation * Restock order preparation areas, including temperature-controlled zones (+2°C to +8°C) * Perform picking in controlled-substance areas * Verify prepared orders, where applicable * Remove empty boxes and pallets, ensuring workspace organization and cleanliness * Participate in periodic inventory counts **Requirements** * Minimum compulsory education level * Experience in similar roles (preferred) * Availability for shift work * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle * Teamwork capability * Strong sense of responsibility and rigor in process execution **Offer** * Indefinite-term employment contract * Base salary + meal allowance * Shift-based working hours * Integration into a dynamic team and organized logistics environment * Location: Terrugem, Sintra Note: Only selected candidates will be contacted.
