Working for a Civil Engineering and Construction company We are a recruitment firm supporting one of our clients—a medium-sized Civil Engineering and Construction company headquartered in Telheiras, Lisbon—which is undergoing robust expansion and growth of its operations. We are seeking qualified professionals to join our client’s permanent staff directly, ensuring a transparent selection process focused on valuing competencies. Job Purpose: Coordinate technical interfaces among various specialties (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Telecommunications, etc.) on construction projects in Greater Lisbon, ensuring project compatibility and correct on-site execution. Main Responsibilities: Analyze and reconcile all specialty designs with the base architectural and structural design. Manage planning and execution of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and technical network contracts. Coordinate specialty installation teams, ensuring correct routing, equipment installation, and compliance with regulations. Conduct technical inspections, functional tests, and commissioning of specialties. Ensure quality of applied materials and adherence to project specifications. Report project progress and any deviations to the site management. Requirements: Higher education degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Proven experience coordinating specialties on medium-to-large-scale construction projects. Experience in specialty coordination. Strong ability to read multidisciplinary drawings and knowledge of applicable legislation. What We Offer: Direct employment contract with the client.
