The candidate must be obsessed with Customer Experience, enthusiastic about welcoming guests, and possess a positive and constructive attitude to lead a team. Responsibilities * Deliver excellent customer service aligned with the company's Mission and Values * Collaborate with Kitchen and Management to innovate, supervise (and elevate) the high quality standards of our offerings and service * Manage people and plan/organize team tasks and schedules * Supervise daily restaurant operations Candidate Profile: * Enthusiastic and motivated * Methodical, organized, and rigorous, with attention to detail * Punctual and responsible * Leadership skills, with emphasis on assertive and constructive communication * Resilient and possessing excellent work capacity Requirements: * Proven experience (and ideally formal training) in front-of-house/customer service * Experience and passion for leading teams in a restaurant environment * Proficiency in English; additional languages are preferred due to high tourist traffic at the location * Availability to work weekends and holidays What We Offer: * Full-time daytime schedule * Two rotating weekly days off * In addition to base salary, we offer meal allowance and lunch * Salary paid with 12th-month bonus Type of Position: Full-Time Compensation: €1,050.00 per month Work Location: On-site
