We are looking for a Home Care Support Coordinator to join our team and assume an essential role in organizing and developing our operations. **\# Key Responsibilities** \* Coordinate and supervise the caregiving team; \* Conduct initial assessments and follow-up technical home visits; \* Maintain regular contact with clients and their families; \* Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients; \* Organize and oversee service schedules; \* Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new staff; **\# We Are Looking For Someone With** \* A university degree in Social Sciences or related fields, such as Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology, Social Education, or other relevant disciplines; \* Experience in coordination or team leadership roles (preferred); \* Experience in home care or social response services (valued); \* Excellent organizational and planning skills; \* Leadership profile, strong sense of responsibility and autonomy; \* Valid driver’s license; \* Personal vehicle (strongly preferred); \* Availability to travel within Greater Lisbon. **\#\# Workplace Location** \* Headquarters located in the Cacém area; \* Technical and follow-up visits conducted across Greater Lisbon; \* After the onboarding period, hybrid work arrangements may be possible, depending on role progression. **\#\# Working Hours** \* Monday to Friday; \* Occasional on-call phone coverage, as required. **\#\# What We Offer** \* Permanent employment contract; \* Integration into a growing company; \* Performance-based professional advancement; \* A close-knit, collaborative, and family-like work environment; \* Flexibility grounded in mutual trust and accountability; \* Active involvement in the growth of a continuously expanding company.
