Location: Alfragide (On-site) Employment Type: Full\-time What you will do: Provide customer support via phone and e\-mail, clarifying questions regarding payment methods, technical and functional aspects; Establish contact with banks and merchants, ensuring smooth and professional communication; Analyze and resolve issues using a Knowledge Base, applying effective and agile solutions. What we are looking for: Education: High school diploma with university attendance or Bachelor's degree, preferably in technical fields such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Management, Organizational Communication or Communication Sciences; Professional experience in customer support, ideally within the banking sector; Knowledge of payment systems and the banking ecosystem; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Fluency in English (spoken and written); Excellent oral and written communication skills, organization, autonomy, and dynamism; Initiative, proactivity, and ability to identify and solve problems; Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges.
