We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide daily support in managing an e-commerce business, with a focus on Shopify and Ads Manager. Schedule: Daytime work, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. (Portugal time). Occasional work outside these hours may be required. One day off per week. Fully remote online work. Requirements Proven experience in e-commerce Practical experience with Shopify (products, content, edits, store organization, store template editing) Experience with Ads Manager (Meta/Facebook Ads) Use of AI tools for image and creative generation Prior experience mandatory High attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and responsibly Communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to avoid repeating the same mistakes (mandatory) Preferred Experience creating ad creatives Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, A/B testing) Strong communication skills and availability (mandatory) We offer Stable, long-term collaboration Remote work Possibility of sharing e-commerce profits, negotiable based on performance Applications must include a brief introduction and relevant experience.
