Independent or team-based preparation of opinions and projects of varying complexity, and execution of other general or specialized support activities in common, instrumental, and operational areas of agencies and services; preparation of opinions and information regarding interpretation and application of legislation, as well as internal rules and regulations; drafting of contracts and technical\-legal documents; performance of any other functions assigned by law or higher-level directive. Functions performed with technical responsibility and autonomy, even when operating under qualified higher-level supervision. Representation of the agency or service in matters within the incumbent’s area of expertise, making technical decisions framed by directives or higher-level guidance. Collaboration with various organizational units or subunits to ensure efficient internal communication and achievement of organizational objectives; Functions with functional complexity level 3 (as specified in the annex referenced in paragraph 2 of Article 88\.º of the General Law on Public Employment (LTFP), approved by Law No. 35/2014 of 20 June).
