Integration into a solid and expanding corporate group Job Description: Technical planning and monitoring of kitchen and bathroom renovation projects; Coordination and on-site supervision of technical teams; Conducting technical site visits and measurements in the districts of Lisbon and Setúbal; Preparation and review of budgets and technical proposals; Ensuring compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards; Management of client and supplier relationships. Profile: High school diploma (12th grade) or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management and supervision; Leadership ability and strong sense of responsibility; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Solid knowledge of IT tools applicable to the sector; Fluent English; Driver’s license; Immediate availability.
