About the Role We are looking for a Monitoring / Observability professional with experience in ElasticSearch, Dynatrace, and observability practices to support the monitoring, analysis, and optimization of critical systems. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive attitude, and good English communication skills at B2/C1 level. Requirements Mandatory Qualifications * Experience in monitoring and observability environments. * Practical experience with ElasticSearch. * Experience with Dynatrace. * Solid understanding of observability concepts such as logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, and alerting. * Ability to analyze incidents, identify root causes, and support resolution. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * English proficiency at B2/C1 level. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with observability stacks and operational monitoring tools. * Familiarity with dashboard creation and alert tuning. * Experience supporting production environments and incident response. * Scripting or automation knowledge is a plus.
