We are looking for a professional with strategic vision who ensures the smooth operation of production lines, drives continuous improvement, and guarantees the achievement of productivity, quality, and safety targets. Manage and coordinate production teams, ensuring the achievement of daily and monthly objectives. Ensure management and monitoring of production lines, optimizing flows, times, and resources. Redefine and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and production targets, ensuring critical analysis and data-driven decision-making. Implement continuous improvement practices, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma. Identify team training needs, develop training plans, and validate their proper implementation. Define and control the production sequence, clearly and systematically identifying pathways, flows, and processes. Ensure document management of procedures, work instructions, and operational standards. Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and industrial hygiene regulations. Participate in and lead projects focused on optimization, automation, and industrial efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial production roles. Solid knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement. Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation, with data-driven decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and document management and procedural skills. Knowledge of quality management and industrial safety standards.
