Transportation operations coordination We are recruiting for the logistics sector a Traffic Operator responsible for managing vehicle schedules, planning cargo loads, and ensuring efficient coordination of transportation operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and controlling vehicle schedules; - Planning and monitoring cargo loads to be placed in vehicles; - Efficiently assigning loading docks; - Identifying and distinguishing between priority and non-priority cargo; - Coordinating with the transport department regarding tractions; - Monitoring team attendance; - Photographically documenting vehicle departures and sharing them on the platform; - Preparing shift reports summarizing activities and incidents. Requirements: - Completion of compulsory education (9th grade); - Valid driver's license required; - Strong communication skills; - Experience with computer systems and customer interaction; - Proficiency in speaking and writing Portuguese correctly; - Availability to work from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM. - Ability to work in environments exposed to cold, heat, and stressful situations. What we offer: - Base salary: €935.00; - Meal allowance: €6.50; - Tax-exempt transport allowance: €40.00; - Night shift supplement: €174.78; - Fixed day off on Saturday and one rotating day off.
