You will monitor manufacturing processes, ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards, and support the team in maintaining food safety levels. Your responsibilities: - Control of the manufacturing process, including records of weights, temperatures, and protective atmosphere; - Monitor metal detection systems and pH control; - Ensure supply of consumables in the production area and intermediate sanitation. What we expect from you: - Completion of 12th grade, preferably with training in Food Safety; - Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to personal hygiene; - Availability to work rotating shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, including alternating Saturdays; - Own vehicle, due to location and working hours. What we offer: - Base salary: €920; - Meal allowance: €5; - Monthly bonus: €50.
