Opportunity for professional growth Restaurant O Almude, a contemporary Portuguese cuisine restaurant, is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Kitchen Assistant. Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards. Assist in organizing and preparing mise en place. Ensure dish quality, presentation, and consistency. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). Organize and clean the workstation. Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team. Requirements Previous experience as a kitchen assistant (mandatory). Sense of responsibility and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Dynamism, proactivity, and willingness to learn. Good time management. Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Malveira area or nearby. We Offer Employment contract.
