Job Responsibilities: Light Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare sandwiches, toast, toasted bread, and cook quick meals to support the cafeteria, ensuring quality, speed, and good presentation. Hygiene and Cleaning: Responsible for manual and mechanical washing of dishes, kitchen utensils, pots, and equipment (including deep fryers and other supporting utensils). Maintenance of Workspace: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper storage in the dining area, and assist with general cleaning of store premises. Waste Management: Perform correct collection and disposal of waste from your work area. Teamwork: Cooperate with other shift colleagues to ensure balanced workflow and joint completion of tasks. Requirements: Prior experience in this role (preferred but not mandatory). Strict punctuality and attendance (strict adherence to scheduled entry times and shifts). Sense of responsibility, dynamism, and organization. Strong spirit of mutual assistance and ability to work in a team (understanding that work is complete only when it is complete for everyone).
