Responsibilities: * Manage and optimize on\-premises infrastructure (Linux, Proxmox, storage, networking). * Automate infrastructure using Ansible and IaC principles. * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines. * Support cloud (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments. * Operate Kubernetes workloads (day\-to\-day ops \& troubleshooting). * Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and incident response (24/7 on\-call). * Collaborate with teams and maintain technical documentation. Essential skills: * 7\+ years in Infrastructure / DevOps roles. * Strong hands\-on experience with on\-prem environments. * Proxmox (KVM) and Linux administration expertise. * Ansible (production use). * Networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls). * Storage \& high\-availability concepts. * CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar). * Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana). * Scripting (Bash, Python or similar). * Docker \& Kubernetes (operational knowledge). * Basic to intermediate AWS and/or Azure. * Database administration (PostgreSQL, Oracle). * Strong ownership, autonomy, and communication skills. * Professional English.
