This role will play a central part in cross-functional business coordination, ensuring alignment among key areas including Commercial, Finance, Product, and Operations. Responsibilities include monitoring critical performance indicators, optimizing processes, supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives, and ensuring that the company’s priority projects advance efficiently and with impact. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability, business acumen, and a firm commitment to continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- Operational Management & Performance * Monitor key business performance indicators and support data-driven decision-making through analysis and reporting. * Design and monitor dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports. * Ensure alignment and tracking of strategic priorities across different teams. * Support operational planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives. Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement * Lead operational improvement, efficiency, and digitalization projects. * Identify opportunities for internal process automation and optimization. * Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives. * Structure processes and workflows to support business scalability.
