Conduct inventory of tools, equipment, or materials to ensure sufficient supplies are available and items remain in good working condition. Complete orders for irrigation supplies and replacement parts. Record water usage from pumps and wells. Execute special golf course improvement projects, such as bunker and tee reconstruction or drainage installation. Maintain the appearance of fountains, planters, or other landscape features through cleaning, replacement, or repair. Operate tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles to transport equipment, supplies, and waste. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all fellow team members and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving shared goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds (22.50 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout an entire work shift. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery (e.g., to identify defects). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination. Reach above head level and below knee level, including bending, twisting the waist, pulling, and stooping. Move across sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces and staircases. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. (General Educational Development, GED). Relevant Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
