You will play an essential role in bridging business and technical teams, ensuring functional requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, as well as monitoring their implementation within an agile development environment. Experience in projects using OutSystems will be considered a strong advantage. **Requirements:** * Experience as a **Functional Analyst** in software development projects * Experience (or strong preference) in projects using **OutSystems** * Ability to elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum or similar) * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Experience in functional validation and development monitoring Work location: Hybrid remote work in Lisbon
