Main Responsibilities: General administrative support; Management of documentation and archiving; Telephone reception and email response; Support in organizing and coordinating events; Management of suppliers and clients; Operational coordination support for teams. We are looking for someone with: Experience in administrative roles; Experience in team coordination (preferred); Experience in the events sector (valued); Good oral and written communication skills in English; Excellent organizational and priority management skills; A strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and proactivity; Good communication skills and team spirit; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Valid driver's license; Personal vehicle.
