A young, collaborative, and dynamic work environment Zumub is currently recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to strengthen its Operations and Logistics team. We seek a professional with leadership and organizational capabilities, responsible for ensuring the smooth daily warehouse operations, maintaining high standards of efficiency, quality, and goal attainment. FUNCTION Coordinate and oversee the daily work of the operational team; Ensure proper issuance and management of transport documents; Supervise receiving, verification, storage, order picking, and dispatch operations; Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and established deadlines; Manage operational priorities and support resolution of day-to-day incidents; Motivate and guide the team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented work environment; Identify opportunities for logistics process optimization and continuous improvement; Collaborate on other activities essential to normal operational functioning. REQUIREMENTS Minimum education level: 12th grade; Good user-level computer skills; Basic English knowledge; Experience in logistics, warehousing, or similar operational roles (preferred); Proven experience coordinating or leading teams (elimination criterion); Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and precision; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously; Energy, execution speed, and results orientation; Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills; Initiative, autonomy, and leadership competencies.
