Leading company in the Solar Protection and Shading Systems sector intends to recruit a collaborator for the technical department: Responsibilities: Technical management and support to various departments of the company, clients, project preparations and follow-up of special projects. Collaboration with the Calculation Department, product research and development. Technical management of the company's product range. Participation in technical and commercial product training. Advising Management on strategic supplier and partner management. Contribute to improving organizational performance through the application of reengineering processes and continuous improvement methods; Desired Profile: \- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor's degree or proven training in Product Support area \- Preference given to experience in the window frame and/or solar protection systems sector \- Aptitude and/or experience in the described functions; \- Resident in the Greater Lisbon area; \- Availability to travel when necessary; \- Good fluency in Portuguese and ease of expression/communication; \- Fluent English and ease of expression/communication; \- Computer skills from a user perspective (Excel; DWG, RVT); Personal Characteristics: \- Responsibility and commitment. \- Preference for medium and long-term professional stability. \- Dynamic, persistent and practical-minded; \- Aptitude and ease for calculations and mathematical reasoning; \- Ability to adapt to new situations; \- Ability to work under pressure; \- Team spirit; \- Self-taught, responsible and autonomous; \- Flexible working hours.
