As part of strengthening our teams, we are currently conducting a **Recruitment & Selection Process for an Administrative Technician (m/f)**.
**Challenge:**
Join our Procurement and Asset Management Department to perform analysis, verification, and management of assets assigned to Business Units.
**Job Description:**
* Manage, analyze, and verify assets/equipment across business areas, planning and ensuring execution of preventive maintenance plans, inspections, and related verifications.
* Record, control, and monitor active assets such as vehicles, machinery, equipment, tools, and EMM\`s;
* Manage and ensure execution of preventive maintenance plans, inspections, and related verifications for assets assigned to operations;
* Conduct inspections, verifications, and minor internal maintenance operations on assets eligible for inspection/verification/maintenance;
* Support various business areas in selecting appropriate equipment for each activity’s requirements.
**Candidate Profile:**
* Minimum education level: 12th grade;
* Experience with equipment in the Construction and Service Engineering sector (preferred);
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS\-Excel);
* General mechanical knowledge, e.g., ability to assemble, disassemble, and replace components, lubrication, etc. (preferred);
* Team spirit and sense of responsibility;
* Valid driver’s license (mandatory);
* Willingness to travel and stay within mainland Portugal.
