The company’s brand portfolio includes the leading brands Domino®, C\&H®, Redpath®, Tate \& Lyle®, Lyle’s® and Sidul®. **SCOPE** Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating various equipment within your operational area, as well as ensuring their cleanliness and safety, along with that of various process areas. It may be necessary to drive and operate machinery such as dumpers and/or forklifts under safe conditions. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate various equipment within the assigned operational area. * Carry out routines assigned to operators in your operational area by applying written procedures. * Ensure good coordination of work with other operators and maintenance teams. * Clean and disinfect machines and materials according to the defined Hygiene Plan. * Report any incidents that could compromise worker or facility safety, environmental protection, or food safety. * Promote a culture of excellence in Quality, Environment and Safety, always ensuring compliance with policies and procedures of the QESH management system. * Guarantee the production of products with Quality, Food Safety and Authenticity. * Comply with personal hygiene and workplace safety regulations. * Comply with all standards, policies and requirements related to Quality, Food Safety and Food Defense. * Promote a culture of Quality, Food Safety, Workplace Safety, Environment and Sustainability, ensuring compliance with product and process requirements. * Participate in Continuous Improvement activities. **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** * Responsible and dedicated * Punctual and available to work in shifts * Active and dynamic * Ability to interpret the meaning of different signs, symbols and codes related to production * Knowledge of occupational hygiene and safety, quality and continuous improvement (preferred) * Knowledge of English (preferred) **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** * One to three years of experience in an industrial production environment (preferred) * Previous experience operating machinery. **QUALIFICATIONS** * 12th grade of a technical-professional course (preferred) * Driver's license For more than 100 years, our employees have taken pride in “Making Life a Little Sweeter” by providing our customers and consumers with quality service and sugar products.
