Review employee shift logs and daily memo books and document relevant information in records. Perform cash drawer reconciliation at the start and end of each shift. Balance and submit receipts per Accounting specifications. Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees and serve as a role model and first point of contact for the "Fair Treatment Guarantee and Open Door Policy" process. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; conduct safety trainings and obtain safety certifications.
