At **EIA21**, an industrial engineering company with over 40 years of experience providing industrial services, we are seeking a **Supervisor of Static Equipment** for the preparation and execution of commissioning activities at an industrial plant in **Sines**, with an estimated duration of one year. **Responsibilities:** * Witness tests or inspections indicated in construction, pre-commissioning, or commissioning activities as required. * Attend **SAT/FAT** tests as required. * Act as the primary point of contact with the management teams of companies responsible for commissioning work. * Manage work permits, acting as the representative of the Commissioning Team. * Ensure executing companies receive, in a timely manner, the necessary materials and documentation to carry out their work. * Monitor and supervise installation activities during commissioning. * Review quality procedures proposed by executing companies. * Validate work execution sheets from the contracted company. * Manage material release vouchers to be delivered to installation companies. * Minimum of **5 years of experience in the O\&G sector**. * Solid experience in **static equipment**: heat exchangers, drums, separators and pressure vessels, storage tanks, filters, towers and columns, boilers and furnaces, large-diameter piping including supports. * Experience in **on-site assembly supervision**, according to project drawings, technical specifications, and installation procedures. * Verification of **foundations, anchorages, alignment, and nozzle connections**. * Coordination of **lifting and positioning operations**, working with cranes and heavy equipment. * Experience in **supervising hydraulic, hydrostatic, pneumatic, or pressure tests**. * Verification of **drying, cleaning, inerting, and leak tightness tests**. * **English proficiency**.
