Today, we are designing the data centers of the future. Right now, we want to keep growing and are looking for engineering professionals with experience in electrical design. The position is office-based, with direct reporting to the Electrical Director. **What will your responsibilities be?** Manage all electrical aspects of projects, primarily in the construction sector. This includes: * Preparation of engineering reports and calculations, including electrical protection, equipment sizing, cable sizing, and system studies. * Coordination of suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications. * Prepare and review requests for electrical equipment and material packages. * Participate in the supervision of electrical equipment at the worksite. * Ensure efficient use of the company's natural and energy resources. * Promote and provide Safety in Design in engineering projects. **How will you do this?** You will be part of a team composed of professionals with diverse backgrounds and varied experiences, enabling the development of an interesting and enriching perspective. At the same time, we have a Development Program focused on mentoring roles, so that in the short/medium term, you can perform your duties and lead your projects autonomously. **What do you need to fit in?** * Preferably, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. * At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering design for singular buildings (hospitals, hotels, pharmaceutical projects, airports, etc.). * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to learn and grow in new areas of electrical engineering. * Orientation toward quality and performance. * Knowledge of local and international standards. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Proficiency in computer programs: Revit, Dialux, Caneco, etc. **What are our benefits?** * Flexible working hour policies. * Remote work options. * Commitment to job stability and long-term projects. * We offer a range of measures to help you develop fully and achieve all your goals. \#LI\-BG1
