Bartender – Comporta The professional will support the Bar Manager, ensuring excellence in service and a memorable experience for our customers. **Required Profile:** * Minimum 1 year of bar experience (cocktails, classics, and service); * Speed, organization, cleanliness, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Ability to work in a seasonal environment with intense pace; * Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory); * English recommended (minimum level for communication with team and customers); * Team spirit and proactive attitude; * Passion for bartending, gastronomy, and attention to detail; * Sense of responsibility and organization **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the Bar Manager, ensuring excellence in service and a memorable experience for customers; * Prepare and serve beverages efficiently, consistently, and with quality; * Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar; * Coordinate with the dining room team to ensure seamless service; * Provide friendly and professional customer service; * Assist with daily routines: mise en place, stock control, and bar closing; * Contribute to a positive, efficient, and collaborative work environment; * Ensure high standards of hygiene, organization, and service quality. **We Offer:** * Integration into a professional and dynamic team; * Stable work environment; * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Employment contract with two days off per week. **Application email:** staff@cavalarica.com
