The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring the service quality required by the Group, complying with all standards and procedures, and guaranteeing the overall satisfaction of guests. **Responsibilities:** * Coordination of the Housekeeping department (management, supervision, and staff training); * Planning and allocation of rooms/public areas; * Ensuring quality in accordance with defined standards; * Cost control, budgeting, and inventory management; * Ensuring proper operation and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and utensils. **Requirements:** * Experience in similar roles within the hospitality industry; * Proficiency in English; French is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is valued; * User-level computer literacy; * Leadership and team management skills; * Knowledge of cleaning equipment and products; * Skills in Methodology, Organization, Excellence, and Attention to Detail. **Shall we naturally stand out together?
