Costaterra is a private members only residential community in Melides – Portugal. The Electro Mechanical is a team member of the HOA Department. He/she is responsible for completing maintenance jobs in an efficient manner, promoting job worksite safety, providing excellent customer service, and exhibits pride and quality workmanship. **What you will do?** * Keep generator, lighting, and electrical systems in working order; * Diagnose problems and then repair/replace defective parts; * Need to act quickly when a breakdown occurs, must be able to tell management whether the problem can be corrected and whether business can continue as usual; * If regular activities must be stopped, the electrician will have to estimate how long a shutdown will last; * Make periodic inspection for new electrical services (220v and three phase), including wiring, pumps, conduit, panels, breakers, contractors, relays, timers and controls; * Performs electrical maintenance and repair work; install/replace fixtures, switches, receptacles and wiring; * Operates a variety of standard power tools, equipment and trenchers in electrical installations, maintenance and repair activities on a regular basis; * Other duties and special projects as assigned. **What are we looking for?** Minimum 9th year of schooling; Minimum 5 years demonstrated electrical experience; Electrician qualification certificate; Proven work experience as a Maintenance Electrician; Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and the National Electrical Code; Good problem\-solving skills. ***What do we offer?*** Work\-Family Culture, Global Career Opportunities, Competitive Salarys, Development Programs, Medical Insurance, Meal Allowance, Staff Restaurant, Staff Events and Staff accommodation if you are not local. *If you have what it takes and want to build a career , this is the place for you!* \#LI\-TP1
