Location: Sines, PT Functional Family: Preparation, Design and Industrialization M/F Casais Construction is looking for a Pre-Construction Technician to reinforce the team in the Sines area. **Family Mission** --------------------- Ensure the definition and implementation of production techniques used for the project, development and preparation of production elements within the Casais Group, following the quality standards defined by the Group, acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- 1\) Prepare and draw support plans for the project and construction using computer-aided design software, according to the project and topographic survey data; 2\) Verify potential architectural, structural and specialty incompatibilities in the connections between project elements and distribute drawings to the respective construction management team, ensuring their understanding, providing technical support and clarifying any doubts; 3\) Monitor construction progress, verifying compliance with technical specifications and carrying out necessary revisions, providing requested drawing documents to different departments by performing checks, updates and corrections to the project dossier, conducting document control of described components, incorporating changes and organizing drawings according to different project stages; 4\) Digitize and classify project documents in a digital process management system (Procore or other) and train the construction team in its use; 5\) Produce supporting documentation for the Site Management to build subcontracting inquiry dossiers; 6\) Develop, whenever appropriate, BIM models of parts (or all) of the project, as well as renderings and virtual simulations, to ensure detection of incompatibilities and improved on-site communication; 7\) Participate in the development of the strategic execution plan and operational strategic plan; 8\) Monitor and inspect Quality and Safety processes, ensuring adherence to the principles and procedures of the Quality, Environment and Safety Management System **Requirements** -------------- * Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years * English \- Intermediate **Education** ------------ * Education Level: Level 3, 4 or 5 \- Technical / Professional Course * Preferred Field of Study: Architecture; Engineering, or similar; **Mandatory Certifications / Licenses** ----------------------------------------- * Order of Engineers * Order of Architects **At Casais Group we ensure our team members have:** * Employee Assistance Programs; * Collaboration with flexible and dynamic teams that encourage your learning / knowledge development; * Future Vision: growth, progression, industrialization, sustainability; * Annual activities promoting engagement among colleagues / companies / markets; * Benefits and Agreements; * Safety Culture.
