If you master crop management techniques, enjoy innovating in cultivation methods, and want to have a direct impact on product quality, this is your opportunity to prove your worth in the field. **What you will do** \- Participation in and preparation of agricultural campaigns \- Assist in preparing work budgets \- Monitor land preparation for planting \- Monitor planting activities \- Monitor crop development in the field \- Collaborate and supervise harvest operations \- Manage agricultural teams \- Provide technical support to established crops \- Prepare field records \- Plan, organize and develop work management \- Monitor activities **What you must ensure** \- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy or Geography \- Previous experience in similar roles \- Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) \- Proficiency in MS Office \- Immediate availability for working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday **What we offer** \- Base salary: 1,000 € \- Meal allowance: 8.32 € \- Shift allowance: 250 € Type of contract: Full-time Pay: 1,250.00€ per month
