Our operations are based on technical rigour, innovation and the delivery of excellence-level engineering solutions. **Role:** We are seeking a Maintenance Work Planning Technician to support the planning and control of maintenance activities in an industrial environment, with intensive use of MS Project. The objective is to ensure realistic scheduling, resource management, progress monitoring and rigorous reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** · Develop and maintain maintenance plans and schedules (short/medium term) in MS Project, including WBS, dependencies and critical path; · Integrate field information (work fronts, operational constraints, permits) and resources (labour, equipment, materials); · Prepare weekly and daily look-aheads, coordinated with Supervision, Operations and HSE; · Monitor progress, update schedules, identify deviations and propose mitigation/recovery measures; · Produce reports (curves, indicators, resource histograms, physical progress) and support coordination meetings; · Support shutdown/turnaround planning where applicable, including interfaces and operational windows; · Ensure organization and control of planning documentation (baseline, revisions, records). **Required Profile:** · Experience in maintenance and/or construction planning within an industrial environment; · Proficiency in MS Project (mandatory); knowledge of planning methodologies (WBS, CPM, baseline, progress curves); · Strong analytical ability, organizational skills and attention to detail; · Communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams; · Excel proficiency (mandatory); Power BI and/or Primavera P6 (an advantage); · Mandatory availability for on-site work in Sines; · Fluent Portuguese; technical English (an advantage). **We Value:** · Experience in industrial shutdowns/turnarounds and interface management with Operations; · Experience in planning/production reporting and KPIs; **We Offer:** · Participation in benchmark projects with high technical demands; · A collaborative environment and opportunities for professional development; · Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and responsibilities; · Potential for continuity on Technoedif projects.
