





REPSOL IN SINES IS LOOKING TO HIRE **Maintenance Work Planner** We are seeking a professional to work at the Industrial Complex of Sines as a Planner for maintenance activities on Static and Dynamic Equipment. Your main responsibility will be preparing work plans for the execution of maintenance on static equipment and other trades, following the company's established principles of Ethics, Conduct, and procedures related to Safety, Environment, and Quality. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Apply planning techniques based on work preparations, promoting coordination of sequential activities and ensuring the availability of necessary resources for project execution; * Schedule and plan according to agreed deadlines and distribute tasks among involved parties; * Monitor and control work progress to implement necessary adjustments due to delays or advances, whenever circumstances justify; * Execute and monitor preventive maintenance programs; * Prepare statistical reports related to maintenance activities; * Develop service specifications / terms of reference and validate technical offers for materials and services. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 12th grade education, with experience in preparation, planning, and budgeting of maintenance tasks across different specialties; * Experience in executing or coordinating/supervising maintenance work on site; * Proficiency in computer tools from a user perspective, including SAP (preferable), Microsoft Project; * Good knowledge of static and dynamic equipment maintenance, welded construction, and applied materials; * Positive attitude, initiative, collaboration, teamwork, responsibility, and results orientation; * Languages: Portuguese - Native language, English - B1, Spanish - B1. **WE OFFER** A good working environment focused on quality and excellence.
