Support wider site operations and identify growth opportunities Location: Sines, Portugal Salary: €1,300 per month + monthly performance bonus Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and organised Transport Supervisor to manage all transport operations across the Sines project. This role is responsible for coordinating vehicles, drivers, airport transfers, and daily site shuttle services, ensuring the efficient and reliable movement of personnel at all times, while supporting the growth of the transport function across the project. Key Responsibilities •Candidate must speak/write english • Coordinate all airport transfers for arrivals and departures • Manage daily site shuttle services between accommodation and site • Oversee vehicle allocation, usage, and availability • Supervise all vehicle hire operations, including on-hire and off-hire processes • Liaise with car hire partners under umbrella agreements to ensure availability and cost control • Monitor fuel usage, tolls, and vehicle condition • Ensure all transport schedules are planned, optimised, and communicated effectively • Maintain accurate records of drivers, vehicles, and transport activity • Ensure all drivers and vehicles are compliant with local regulations • Build and maintain strong relationships with on-site Project Managers (PMs) • Identify and develop additional transport opportunities across subcontractors and packages on site Additional Duties • Carry out driving duties personally when required • Support wider site operations as needed, including accommodation and cleaning support • Assist with general logistics and operational requirements across the project • Maintain a strong on-site presence to ensure service levels and identify new opportunities Requirements • Full, clean driving licence (essential) • Strong organisational and scheduling skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Hands-on and flexible approach with a willingness to support across the project • Good communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders • Commercial awareness with the ability to spot growth opportunities • Basic understanding of vehicle hire and fleet management preferred What We Offer • €1,300 per month salary • Monthly performance bonus • Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, dynamic project team
