As a Maintenance Technician (M/F), you will be responsible for performing maintenance and minor repairs on equipment, and/or coordinating with external repair companies, adhering to service standards and internal hygiene and safety procedures to ensure high-quality, excellent service that exceeds customer expectations. Functions and Responsibilities Perform repair and maintenance work on hotel facilities and equipment. Carry out minor maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, etc. Take readings from energy consumption meters (water, electricity, etc.) and maintain an accurate record of consumption trends. Perform minor adjustments to HVAC systems, guestroom furniture, facilities, and other hotel elements. Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including audiovisual configurations, sound, and lighting. Promptly and efficiently resolve incidents and issues reported by guests. Keep the maintenance inventory updated and requisition parts and consumables as needed. Collaborate with external suppliers when necessary. What profile are we looking for? Professional experience in similar roles within the hospitality sector or in services of comparable scale and complexity. General knowledge of plumbing, painting, and electromechanics (preferred). Secondary education and/or a vocational course aligned with the role (electricity and electronics, HVAC, industrial maintenance, or related fields). Knowledge of the local language and English (fluent spoken level) is an advantage. Knowledge of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical and electronic systems. Passion for service and strong customer orientation. Professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance. Good organizational skills and proactivity. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Flexibility in working hours. Attention to detail and ability to efficiently identify and resolve problems. **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office, Internet, Database, and specific applications for the accommodation/hospitality sector.
