SweetHomes is looking for a Cleaner with experience in Holiday Rental Cleaning to work on short-term rental properties in Portimão. The candidate will be responsible for cleaning, preparing, and restocking properties between reservations, ensuring each apartment or house is clean, organized, and ready to welcome the next guests. We seek someone with prior experience in short-term rentals, Airbnb, Booking, vacation homes, or hospitality, who pays close attention to detail, demonstrates responsibility, and can work autonomously. **Responsibilities** * Perform thorough cleaning of short-term rental apartments and houses. * Prepare properties before guest check-in. * Change bed linens, towels, and other necessary items. * Restock cleaning supplies, amenities, and basic materials. * Ensure properties are clean, organized, and well-presented. * Inspect and report damages, issues, or missing items. * Follow company-defined cleaning checklists and standards. * Adhere to timeframes between check-out and check-in, especially on days with consecutive bookings. * Transport cleaning supplies and restocking materials between properties when required. **Requirements** * Prior experience in short-term rental, Airbnb, Booking, hospitality, or vacation home cleaning. * Attention to detail and care in property presentation. * Punctuality, responsibility, and strong organizational skills. * Ability to work autonomously. * Availability for flexible hours, including weekends when needed. * Residence in Portimão or easy access to the area. * Valid driver’s license and personal transportation. **Important** Owning a motorcycle or car is essential, as rapid travel between multiple properties in Portimão and transport of cleaning supplies, bed linens, towels, amenities, and restocking items will be required. **We Value** * Experience using professional cleaning checklists. * Experience in high-quality short-term rental accommodations. * Familiarity with the Portimão area. * Good communication skills. * Ability to resolve minor unexpected situations independently. * Immediate availability. **What We Offer** * Work with short-term rental properties in Portimão. * Payment per output. * Potential monthly income exceeding €1,350. * Ongoing collaboration based on performance and booking volume. * Organized processes and clear standards. * Flexibility according to availability and workload.
