Support incentives and health insurance after consolidation The Intermarché Group, a leading company in the Portuguese food retail sector, is currently recruiting a Stock Replenishment Operator for our unit in Lagos. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure warehouse opening; * Carry out correct storage, rotation, replenishment, and product display; * Ensure that products stored in the warehouse and displayed for sale meet all hygiene and food safety requirements; * Ensure that displayed products have correctly affixed prices, labels, and tags; * Update information on featured products, flyers, and thematic days; * Perform daily stock, shrinkage, and food safety records; * Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils. We are looking for candidates with: * Regular attendance and punctuality, fulfilling working hours responsibly; * Availability for shift schedules from Monday to Sunday; * Availability for permanent contracts with proper documentation status in Portugal; * A strong sense of ethics and diligence in performing duties, maintaining a professional image, safeguarding the organization’s reputation, ensuring professional confidentiality, and fostering good relationships with colleagues and supervisors; * Confidentiality regarding employer practices—whether related to employees, customers, or other parties—with whom there is any kind of relationship—including work processes, task planning, execution methods, and information handling; * Commitment and spirit of solidarity and camaraderie towards fellow colleagues.
