Job Summary: The JAP Group is seeking a Service Consultant to serve customers, prepare quotations, schedule service appointments, inspect vehicles, promote sales, and manage leads. Key Highlights: 1. If you are seeking an engaging professional challenge, this project is for you! **Service Consultant** ======================== **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Serve customers (in person and/or by phone) and maximize business opportunities. * Prepare quotations. * Schedule workshop service appointments with customers. * Receive vehicles, open service orders, and conduct inspections jointly with the customer to assess the overall condition of the vehicles. * Promote additional services. * Perform administrative tasks related to service operations (e.g., updating customer data and entering warranties into the system). * Deliver vehicles to customers and provide information regarding completed work. * Invoice performed services. * Manage generated leads. * Ensure and verify that the cash register balance matches the services rendered. **Profile** ---------- * Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade. * Intermediate level of English (spoken and written). * Valid Category B driver’s license. * Working days: Monday to Friday. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook). **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and credible Group currently implementing multiple growth projects. * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development. * Real career progression opportunities, aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies. * Favorable working conditions and social benefits (Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and access to a Pension Plan).
