We are currently recruiting for the position of Product Manager. Mission Product management is primarily responsible for ensuring product availability across different customer channels and monitoring product performance in accordance with the company's defined strategy and objectives. Main Responsibilities * Analyze product availability in the portfolio, warehouse, and stores; * Request product purchases according to established minimum stock levels; * Monitor product stock turnover and report and/or suggest actions in coordination with the Trade Marketing team; * Monitor achievement of sales targets per product and report and/or suggest actions in coordination with the Trade Marketing team; * Update product technical specification information and ensure its communication and dissemination across different channels. Required Profile * Higher education degree in Management, Economics or related field; * Relevant experience in the role (preferred); * Proficiency in data processing tools (e.g., MS Office Excel); * Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and resilience; * Rigor and critical thinking; * Planning and organizational skills; * High sense of responsibility, dynamism, and proactivity.
