General ManagerRole
The General Manager leads all daily operations for our dual\-concept hospitality and indoor entertainment venue. This role oversees a full\-service restaurant, bar, and active entertainment spaces. You will drive financial growth, manage team performance, and maintain high standards of customer service. This is an oppourtunity to run a 1\.2 million euro operation but also involves a hands on approach when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Operations \& Venue Management
* Supervise all front\-of\-house and back\-of\-house venue operations.
* Manage guest entry, facility scheduling, and group event bookings.
* Maintain strict safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols across all zones.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and licensing laws
* Ensuring Kitchen and waiting staff are running smoothly.
Financial Performance
* Maximize revenue across food, beverage, and activity ticket sales.
* Control labor costs, food waste, and operational expenses.
* Analyze weekly profit and loss statements to hit budget targets.
* Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement processes.
Team Leadership
* Recruit, train, and schedule hospitality and floor staff.
* Foster a positive, high\-energy, and collaborative team culture.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and develop shift supervisors.
* Enforce company policies and handle staff relations professionally.
Guest Experience
* Maintain a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere for all visitors.
* Resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally.
* Monitor customer feedback trends to continuously improve service.
* Coordinate with marketing to execute promotions and events.
Required Qualifications
* 3\+ years as a General Manager in hospitality or entertainment.
* Strong background in high\-volume food and beverage management.
* Proven experience in running all aspects of a customer focused business.
* Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
