General Duties: Executive functions involving application of methods and processes, framed within clearly defined general directives and varying degrees of complexity, inherent to administrative duties. Execution of elementary support tasks essential to the operation of bodies and services, which may involve physical effort. Responsibility for equipment under one's custody and their proper use. Taking necessary initiatives to maximize team performance. Attending training sessions designated by the local authority. Compliance with occupational safety, hygiene and health regulations. Driving light vehicles. Other Duties: Performs specific duties intrinsic to the Operational Assistant role. Performs technical\-administrative functions, notably daily administrative support for the operation of the registry office; registration, organization and processing of administrative files; organization, classification and maintenance of archives and control of physical and digital documents; public service (in person, by telephone and/or via digital means) and provision of information to users, ensuring the operation of the Parish Council’s administrative services. Support in drafting various administrative procedures and processes. Drafting, typing, checking and reproducing various administrative documents such as: official letters, memoranda, plans, reports, forms, budgetary and accountability documents. Document protocoling, internal system registration and monitoring of file processing. Managing agendas, correspondence, institutional e\-mails and service archives. Supporting the organization of meetings, events and administrative activities, including preparation of rooms and materials. Assisting in controlling office supplies, requesting replenishment when necessary. Performing simple external tasks, such as delivery and collection of documents. Ensuring maintenance of equipment, furniture and administrative facilities. Complying with internal rules, administrative procedures and instructions from immediate superiors. Organizing and carrying out various parish activities. Supporting other administrative activities according to service needs, such as Parish Assemblies and other types of meetings. Performing other duties integrated into this category and inherent to the activities and services provided by the Parish. Specific Requirements: Light vehicle driving license. General support for activities carried out by the local authority. Knowledge of the Parish Council’s regulations.
