Opportunity for personal and professional development **Work Location:** AQUA Shopping, PORTIMAO, PORTUGAL **Job Description:** We are looking for an animation operator to join our team at AQUA Shopping. This professional will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and energizing recreational, educational, and leisure activities targeted at children, youth, and families, contributing to a pleasant and memorable shopping center experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute animation activities, games, themed workshops, and special events; * Ensure participants’ well-being, safety, and enjoyment; * Promote social interaction, creativity, and active participation; * Maintain organization and good condition of activity spaces and materials used; * Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and positive environment. **Requirements:** * Degree in Socio-Cultural Animation, Education, Sports, or related fields; * Prior experience in similar roles (shopping malls, after-school programs, holiday camps, etc.); * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Creativity, proactivity, and sense of responsibility; * Availability to work on weekends and flexible hours; * First aid knowledge (preferred); * Fluency in Portuguese; knowledge of English and/or Spanish is an advantage. **We Offer:** * Integration into a young and enthusiastic team; * Dynamic and challenging work environment; * Competitive remuneration aligned with the role and experience; * Opportunity for personal and professional development.
