Your Mission You will be responsible for customer reception, management, and welcome, as well as administrative and operational tasks specific to the front office department, ensuring a satisfying guest experience and the smooth execution of hotel processes. ?? Your Responsibilities You will be part of the team delivering an outstanding experience to our guests. Your main duties will include: \- In-person, telephone, and digital customer service. \- Reservation management, modifications, and cancellations. \- Execution of check-in and check-out procedures according to established protocols. \- Providing guests with information about hotel services and the surrounding area. \- Coordination with other departments to ensure proper service delivery. \- Handling incidents and complaints within your scope of responsibility. \- Responsible custody of documentation, personal data, and valuables. \- Daily management of guest arrivals and departures. \- Registration and updating of data in the system (PMS). \- Issuing invoices, processing payments, and supporting cash control per shift. \- Room or accommodation unit assignment and control. \- Recording, tracking, and communicating requests and incidents. \- Using user-level IT tools for daily operations. **Requirements** :
