We are currently seeking a **Bartender/Bartress** with the following: Requirements: * Minimum education level: 9th grade (preferably with bar training); * Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixed drinks, and mixology; * Prior experience in this role; * Good command of English (mandatory); * Team spirit; * Initiative and innovative mindset; * Excellent sense of responsibility and organization; * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours; * Punctuality and attendance; * Basic computer literacy; * Excellent personal presentation; * Strong sense of responsibility; * Friendliness and passion for customer service; * Excellent ability to work under pressure; Tasks and Responsibilities: * Ensure and guarantee service quality; * Serve customers in person; * Perform various bar services, including special situations, welcoming and advising customers; * Maintain cleanliness and order of bar facilities, contributing to their optimal operation; * During service, ensure beverage service is fast and efficient; * Adhere to the group's defined quality standards; * Ensure production areas are consistently maintained to a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company hygiene regulations; * Guarantee compliance with HACCP standards.
