About the Role We are seeking a Tech Lead Cloud/DevOps with a strong infrastructure background and solid experience in cloud-native architectures, Infrastructure as Code, and modern CI/CD and observability practices, capable of leading technical squads and designing hybrid environments. You will define the technical vision, support engineering teams in complex implementations, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud and on-premises platforms. Requirements * Minimum 7 years of infrastructure experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership and architecture roles. * Background as a SysAdmin/Linux Engineer or Windows Engineer, progressing into a Tech Lead role. * Relevant experience in managing technology projects or coordinating within PMOs. * Strong expertise in: * Azure cloud-native (advanced PaaS and IaaS). * Production-grade Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep). * Structured CI/CD (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions). * Modern observability (Dynatrace, Grafana, pipeline integrations). * Technical leadership of squads with a strong engineering focus. * Hybrid environment architecture (on-prem + Azure and/or AWS). * Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), networking, security, and storage. * Microsoft services (AD, M365), Linux, backup, and monitoring. * Automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python (Ansible or Terraform preferred). * Storage and backup (Veeam, NetApp, Dell EMC, etc.). * Networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, firewalls). * Experience in team management or technical mentoring. * Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented mindset. Plus (not mandatory) * Certifications such as AZ-104, VMware VCP, RHCSA, Veeam VMCE. * Experience with CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
