We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. * Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify and resolve issues. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff. * Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly and safely. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. * Comply with all health and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the role within a hotel or similar environment. * Ability to diagnose and repair various mechanical and electrical problems. * Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of English (an advantage).
