If you are a communicative person, passionate about customer interaction, and wish to join an innovative and growing company, this is the opportunity you've been looking for! **Your mission:** * Manage our portfolio of clients/agents (B2B), establishing solid and trustworthy relationships; * Maintain a high level of client/agent satisfaction by anticipating their needs and ensuring their happiness; * Handle client/agent matters related to billing and invoice verification; * Identify new partners and present them with our exceptional experiences; * Ensure distribution of promotional materials across various agents/clients and company sales points. **Requirements:** ----------------- **What we are looking for:** * Academic qualifications: Completion of secondary education (12th grade) or a Bachelor's degree; * Professional appearance; * Valid driver's license for light vehicles (mandatory requirement); * Prior experience in this role (preferred); * Strong customer orientation; * Excellent communication skills and empathy; * Initiative, anticipation ability, and solution-focused mindset; * Strong team spirit; * Ability to inspire enthusiasm and energy; * Sense of responsibility, planning, and organization; * Strong results orientation; * Excellent command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus; * Commitment to the values of simplicity, sustainability, leadership, trust, and personal growth/development.
