Main Responsibilities: * Recruitment and supervision of real estate agents; * Training and management of the team; - Lead, support, and set an example in a dynamic and diverse day-to-day environment; * Client and property acquisition and management; * Management of investment properties and identification of new opportunities; * Development and implementation of marketing and commercial strategies, including opening new offices. Desired Profile: * Passion for leadership and results-oriented mindset; * Creativity, positive attitude, and commitment to full customer satisfaction; * Strong communication skills, empathy, and negotiation ability; * Experience in the real estate or investment market is not required; * Opportunity to bring and hire your own sales team; * Opportunity to bring your own portfolio of properties and clients.
