YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY As a **Planning and Operations Operator**, you will play a key role in coordinating bulk cargo discharge, storage, and dispatch operations—directly contributing to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with the highest standards of quality, food safety, and HSE. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan ship discharge, grain storage, and dispatch operations according to operational requirements, cargo owners’ instructions, and customer orders; * Monitor and support terminal operations, adjusting planning in response to maritime, road, and rail traffic flows to ensure high productivity and efficiency; * Monitor operational KPIs, track cargo flow, and identify deviations related to quality, food safety, or equipment performance; * Identify logistical issues and implement solutions that promote continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction; * Prepare and report activity KPIs to management, ensuring reliable information for operational monitoring, billing, and decision-making; * Receive, identify, and coordinate truck loading, ensuring compliance with cargo owners’ instructions and quotas assigned to end receivers; * Collaborate with operational and maintenance teams to ensure prompt resolution of incidents and uninterrupted operations. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU More than experience, we seek individuals with strong organizational ability, initiative, and a desire to contribute to excellence in port operations. * Completed secondary education (12th grade); * Fluency in English, both spoken and written; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a dynamic operational environment; * Availability to work overtime whenever necessary; * Initiative, proactivity, and strong planning and organizational skills; * Customer orientation, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
